Zone Face Lift
The Gua Sha is an ancient anti-aging technique that uses a jade tool to smooth, massage, and sculpt the face to relieve tension, increase lymph drainage and blood flow, production of collagen and reduce fine lines.

A Gua Sha stone was traditionally made from jade , but I also use a rose quartz crystal which is a calming stone that is ideal for sensitive or reactive skin and skin conditions such as rosacea and acne. Jade is naturally cooling which helps counter the heat generated by Gua Sha.
Each treatment is bespoke to each client. Results can be seen after just one treatment however to obtain maximum benefits a course of 12 weekly treatments is recommended, after which monthly sessions to maintain the results.
